About this work:


Painted live to the Gokh-bi System, a group from Dakar, Senegal and The Alliens (Asheville, NC) at Floydfest 2008, Floyd, VA. This painting was created to two separate bands over the course of two days. It represents, to me, a cosmic union of the astral being with the earth root, Soul Brothers on a Tree of Life...the ancient sadness and the hope for a new, better future...
