I started this oil painting in 1984, but did not finish the frame until the late 1980s. It was my own cave artwork, just not done on a cave wall, but a canvas instead. There are all sorts of primitive organic things (shells, bones, fur, etc.) that accompany it and can be placed around the frame in small slots etc. It was exhibited at the Emerging Collector in NYC in 1990 and then again in this state at the Polish Foundation Gallery in Clarke, NJ in 1997. Framed it measures 45" x 36" and the art is 35" x 21.5" in size
