“Superstition is the poetry of life. It is inherent in man's nature; and when we think it is wholly eradicated, it takes refuge in the strangest holes and corners, whence it peeps out all at once, as soon as it can do it with safety.” Goethe
A multi-media installation art work influenced by the folklore, and traditional customs of Hallowe’en, shown in three historic venues across Wales between 28 October and 1 November 2007 starting in Pontypool and finishing on the Isle of Anglesey .
The work is a combination of video and sculptural construction and as a result of conversations with local history groups, museums, libraries and people with stories to tell, a site specific interpretation was also produced in each of the three different buildings.
