This is a glossy silkscreen print in four colors including the complementary pair of red and green, that was hand-pulled in 1990 onto synthetic paper in 22" x 17" size. The green background represents what I perceived as an overall greed in society. The red type, "Millions up for Grabs" represents a problem. History has born this out, as the eighties are labeled today as a time of greed and avarice. Matting and framing is your choice of materials, but a red solid wood frame might be a good choice.
