This is an old one, circa 1979-1980, of the French Jet, called the Super Concorde. It looks a little funny, like some terrible giant beast, or dinosaur descending upon some poor unsuspecting aircraft. You have to understand that this was from when this jet plane first took to the skies. You also must understand that my initials are JET so the images of Jets will appear from time to time in my art. Look, I went to college for art at a time when there were plenty of things like black-light posters of creatures, so this painting has florescent tempera paint and will actually glow under black-light. This is a very early drawing/painting done just after I graduated from SUNY at Albany with my BA in Fine Art with watercolors, tempera, and gouache (Opaque WC) on Strathmore brand, heavy-weight, art paper. I made the art, you do the matting and framing, but if I may suggest, please use acid-free materials, so your approximately 29"x 21.5" artwork will be well protected. Go ahead light the black-light again!
