Resonance is a strong vertical piece that exhibits an upward ebb and flow. There is a sense of water, in the wavy --out of the box shape, also echoed in the squares that seem as though they have gradually broken off of an ice block and have begun to drift downward.

As the bird shapes push upward, this dichotomy of push up - drift down adds visual excitement with a finish of complete 'peace' for the bird that has 'broken free' at the top of the piece.

Some of the birds have been built out (see close-ups) for added dimensional interest.

*This piece has not been weighed, but contains a reinforced hollow core so it's not 'heavy'.
