A watercolor built on the principle of contrast. Zones left completely blank associated with ranges of values very dark. Just two pigments are used, the sepia in portraits, embellished with "green gold" in the background.
Une aquarelle construite sur le principe des contrastes. Des zones laissées complètement blanches associées avec des plages de valeurs fort foncées. Simplement deux pigments sont utilisés, le sépia dans le portrait, agrémenté de "green gold" dans le fond.
