"The Point" is a series of digitally altered versions of an original acrylic on canvas with a black and white photo image. The photo was taken of sisters/cousins in 2009 as they walked down the boardwalk in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
The title "The Point" has a double meaning. Point Pleasant is often referred to by Jersey locals as "The Point." In addition, the bond these children have for one another, the way they look out for and unconditionally love one each other, captures 'the point' of life.
