Joan: This is the work that brought me to your site and remain one of my many favorites within your fine portfolio. The idea of the dictator issuing forth directives from his egotistic center (the hardened penis) is comical while being prophetic. I do hope that civilization has traveled beyond such mainstays of power and leadership as a new millenea is taking form and as technology is becoming the glue of global reach.
