I love this painting. I see on your own site that you have, indeed, painted in larger formats. Would that this was 80 or 100 cm! What do you mean by "mixed media." It's a very attractive style and combined with your originality you've created some wonders. Chris

About this work:

Warneford Meadow is one of the few remaining natural spaces in the city of Oxford (UK). The Meadow is a tranquil 18 acre grassland close to the heart of the city. However under pressure to generate revenue the local NHS has plans to develop Warneford Meadow which are strongly opposed by local residents, led by nearby Residents Associations, and the Friends of Warneford Meadow. Standing on the field - one summer night in 2005 - I’ve painted ‘Nightfall at Warneford Meadow’. More information about Warneford Meadow on: http://www.friendsofwarnefordmeadow.org.uk.
