These are some wall crosses, the tea light cross is 36 inches in length and 22 in width, it is made mostly from petrified wood as well as other beautiful minerals. Each piece is placed so that it fits like a puzzle. It also has glass that lights up with the glow of the candle. I'm a die hard rock hound, so each one of these minature pieces of ancient art are found and then crafted by myself, truely a labor of love. I use petrified wood as well as other fossils, I love that the exsisted millions of years ago, I place them by texture, color and shape, I look for pieces of wood that have knots and other unique flaws, this cross has a finish that will withstand weather so that they can be used in or out of doors.I also use broken glass to accent around the edges to give the illuminating effect, the boken glasses sharp edges dissaper with the clear coat so it is also safe to touch.
