I understand the need to make fun of everything, and I like your work... but this, this is just unacceptable for me. You can't make fun of Jesus. I mean you can,but I guess you're not very religious,so it allows you to do stuff like this.
You did thid first because you have no imagination, you are not a real artist, you cannot come up with a piece of art yourself then you go around putting your nasty mark on things that is already made from somebody else.
Second you do this because you never new the love of the Lord Jesus for you, how He die on the cross for you, how He left His trone in heaven and became a man for you, how He wen through everything for you. I urge you to take this image from here once this is higly ofensive for Christians.
Also I find it very sad that you have to do this just to get people to react to your work. Sensationalism is on the way out. The news has too much of it anyway, we dont need to see more of it in Art. Perhaps you should rethink the way you want to be creative, as being an artist should be an enriching and wonderful experience.
Peace be with you.
One more thing!! You have the absolute right to make whatever art you want to make, even offensive art. We have to offend sometimes in order to draw attention to something that deserves it. But this crosses the line. Still, I believe you are entitled to your own opinion.
if its so offensive ignore it! the artist may hate Christ or hate religion and she's perfectly entitled to her expression. I personally think its a silly crude image, like something a bored schoolkid would scribble on her file but to ask for it to be removed..bit radical! why dont you ask the artists who've posted paintings of women maturbating or spreading her legs showing vivid red vulva, to remove them..then what about gay images?..what about we all just stick to painting flowers? :)
