The Scream

This is a piece about violence against women, and has a quite simple and direct symbolism. In the dual figure in the center we can see two different choices a woman who's confronted with violence has: she can "wear masks" to hide herself
from judgment and other losses, or she can express herself and demand respect and freedom from a world conquered by force, not love. My intention was to create a dynamic, energetic piece that suggests reflection and change.
