Unfortunatly, I do not see the paintings of his I'm familiar with that are full on scenes like on a stage with yes, monkeys in them too but sooo much more going on. That link I posted features a very small selection of his works and I do not feel show the similar style I was reflecting on. I searched the net for more of his other work. Unabel to find it. Ah well, such as life. Your work is Greatness!

About this work:


This painting deals with death, and how it can be a scary process. The women(Star) in giving the skeleton and crow(which is a symbol of death/the soul) a drink which could be absinthe or new life(green). This is up to the viewer. Absinthe because once you die you feel no more pain, just like if you drink a lot of absinthe. New life because many believe that you will go onto another life or world when you die. She is also holding the skeleton's hand to soothe the process of dying.
