About timjohn:
I left the South African Navy after 26 years to paint full-time in 2001.
Given this background, many of my works have a MAritime flavour and most of my portraits are of Naval Officers.
Almost all of my older work was done to commission, but I'm building up my portfolio daily... and loving it!
