About thesmear:
Zach Tobias rolled out of his Northern Californian kelp bed one day and dropped out of photo school to avoid the oncoming tide of the digital age. He then adopted a dog as his best friend, picked up a paint brush once again, and hightailed it to Portland OR. Zach has shown up and down the west coast from Vancouver BC to San Diego CA.
