Who we are:
ACSR is based out of Spanaway, WA. We are comprised of hard working volunteers who care for the cocker spaniels and provide them with foster homes until they are adopted. The only funding comes from our adoption fees, and we have no paid employees.
Our Vision:
Eliminate the suffering, misplacement and euthanasia of adoptable cocker spaniels.
Our Mission:
Provide a safe haven for adoptable cocker spaniels that are at risk of euthanasia by providing short and long-term foster care, health care, sterilization, rehabilitation, and ultimately find them a loving forever home.
