Thanks a lot for the wonderful compliments under some of my works. You're right. The pictures of the sky were taken from inside a moving car on our way to Luray Caverns in Virginia. It was one of those instances where you just have to capture the splendor of the moment.

Art either is, or is not evident in the results of ones actions, whether brush, chisel, or shovel be at hand. I believe art has little, if anything, to do with what one does, though is directly linked with the how of what is done. I'm not referencing technical aspects of technique here, rather the psychological approach to subject-matter and materials in the way one navigate the inevitable issues of problem solving as part of the creative process.

These works represent a journey between the mirage of dreams, and the world as it is, in the ways I am touched by it. Each have direct relation to one another, particularly to issues of possibility, and that which I’ve become (all works in-progress). If lucky, the resulting expressions will be the connective tissue of mediation between the virtual and actual, a visual endowment in a future beyond self.
