About monica:
Bachelor, National Academy of the Arts Oslo 2005.
I work with sculpture/form and paintings with different materials. I`m not an artist thats only work with one type of material. I like working with different technics, but I prefer modelling in clay, charcoal, oil and acrylics.
I`m fascinated by the human body, and the way of communicating without speach. The silent language we all have in common, across boarders all over the world. Body language and the connection between mind and body, are just some of the topics thats interest me..
I`ve always liked to study different people, imagening the life they live and how they think..
Well, there is some of my thoughts as well..
I try to spend as much time as possible at my Studio. Its all about the art..

Sono lieto di costatare che l'arte per essere tale deve spaziare fuori dalle monotomie ossessionanti, la continua ricerca tecnica e mentale ha più possibilità di soddisfare il proprio io, quindi comunicando quella ricchezza interiore di una realtà unica che ogni artista desidera da sempre.Congratulazioni Monica.
