About mida:

I am an artist from Seattle, Washington. I have sold more than 150 works of art mostly through ebay. My user id there is 'mida-gallery' and I have a solid 100 percent feedback rating.

I am currently showing some of my paintings at MODE Condominiums and Beacon Flats in Seattle. Please visit their websites at ModeSeattle.com and BeaconFlats.com

Past Exhibitions:

Artist Gallery of Seattle
Art Not Terminal
Nexxus Cafe
Vain Hair Salon and Gallery

For a long time I've been creating art mainly for the purpose of enjoyment. The more I think about it, creating art has been sort of a journey. Most of the time I have a sense of direction in my art. Other times I'm not quite sure where I'm headed, but I have faith that I am on the right path. I feel that each of my paintings will lead me on to newer and better things. I am always exploring new ways in my creativity which keeps my mind and spirit stimulated.

Lately, I have been thinking how my art can be most beneficial to myself and others. I have decided that I will donate a portion of my art sales to a good charity organization. It is my sincere hope that I can help people in need with my art. I strongly believe it will bring good feelings to both myself and the patrons of my art. Just imagine having a painting on your wall and know in your heart that you've helped someone thousands of miles away.

The organization we will help is Maison-Chance.org which was started by Swiss artist, "Tim" Aline Rebeaud. The Maison Chance Association works in favor of the disabled and orphans in an underprivileged district of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. Please visit Maison-Chance.org to learn more. I will pledge 20 percent of my art sales to this great cause.

Thank you all,
Michael C. Davies
