About mariaanna:
My name is Maria Anna van Driel.
I was born in the small and beautiful village Heusden in the Netherlands in 1973
Already as a little girl I loved to draw and paint.
There were many times that I drove my mother crazy by painting every single white wall in the house.
Unfortunately my parents didn’t had the money to sent me to an art school so….I educated myself how to make art and to create mine own artistic style.
Now I’m married and we live near the beautiful village Cavertitz in Sachsen Germany.
My husband, who knows that I am very ambitious and that I am dreaming of having mine own studio one day, supports me every day in mine creative moments.
He is always the first who sees mine work and give his honest opinion about it, even when it is terrible…haha.
We have 3 beautiful children and sometimes, when they feel like it, I work together with mine two daughters (13 and 14 years old).
Already many friends and relations of mine have one or two paintings hanging in there living room.
My art comes direct from the hart, and especially my paintings witch I draw whit all my passion, and always while I swing on my favourite music. I make all kind of art, and use all kind of materials like, canvas, paper, linen, wood, iron, plastic, fabric, scrap, sand, shells, foam, wax, and natural product.
I use acryl paint, oil, pencil, and charcoal.
Mine work is also available on request.

Good day my dear friends, The next couple of months I will not line up new work of mine ... The reason is that my PR man is really working hard to achieve my own exhibition here in Germany. He asked me me to wait showing my new work until after the exhibition. Well ... if your PR man so emphatically ask you this.... ha ha.
