About johnny:

i have been an artist in one way or another for most of my life and i have worked with many mediums such as black lead, water colors, clay, digital photography and some mixed mediums but i found that oils allow me to create flowing slightly surreal blend of color that best express my emotions. i was born in landstuhl, germany but spent my life from age 7 in riverside, california getting to the beach as much as i could and enjoying late 1970's southern cal as youth until 1985 when i went to national education center in glendale, arizona to study architecture. but it wasn't until 1990 when i discovered oils and i felt that i had found the medium that i wanted to use to express what i felt in a way that would have a lasting effect.
