About haemes:
HAEMES (german spelling of H.M.S) - Hans Michael Schenker is my name and I live close to Köln / Cologne, Germany in Bensberg. Born 1961 in Medias, Romania, I moved 1974 to Germany. As a child I really enjoined drawing & painting and developed a deep passion for music also, playing guitar, bass, bluesharp with several bands.
I studied "AKW" - Angewandte Kulturwissenschaften - in Lüneburg, travelled through South America and made exhibitions with paintings at "Kunstschalter / Köln", "Kunststation 16B, Köln", " TATA West - Ehrenfeld" etc..
As painter I feel a deep respect for the works of Cezanne, Van Gogh, Anselm Kiefer and the works of my friends here at Artbreak.
