searching for an artist

Jul 5, 2008 9:14am Will 22 posts I just began a new job, cleaning in a very nice office, it pays the bills and leaves me a lot o'free time. On the walls of the top floor there are amazing abstract paintings, absolutely staggeringly inspiring pieces, they are all signed 'Willem van S......... and I can't for the life of me decipher the surname, and they're dated since 2000. I've googled him but looking for a Dutch artist when all you have to go off is Willem van S is like looking for a piece of hay in a haystack. Does anyone know of any online directory where I could begin to search for this guy, or even better, know or have an idea who I'm talking about?   Aug 20, 2008 5:20pm azzutaluna 111 posts Contact the library of congress to see if any of the works have listed copyrights. Try doing a search NOT using "dutch artist" as a keyword, and just go by the name.
