COULD YOU MAKE A WEBSITE WERE AN ARTIST CAN HAVE A VIRTUAL EXHBITION AT THE NET WITH A PARTICULAR DURATION OF TIME AND EXCLUSIVE INVITATION? MAYBE THERE ARE SITE ARE THERE? BUT MY IDEA IS A LIMITED EXHIBITION FOR AN ARTIST AND THE ARTWORKS CN BE TAKEN BY ARTIST AFTER THE EXHIBIT AND THERE WILL BE ANOTHER WHO EXHIBIT. THANKS YA ALL.. PEACE..

It would be very easy to do what you say -- put up some web pages for a specific period of time, then delete them or archive them. You could even invite people selectively & assign them passwords, etc. However, the question would be, Why? The big advantage over virtual exhibitions versus real-world ones is that you can have an almost unlimited number of artists & an almost unlimited amount of time to show them in. Of course, the advantage of time-limited real-world shows & galleries is exclusivity, which appeals to many collectors. If something is readily available, it is less collectable... Bill
