About drewsart:
Hi my name is Andrew Strickett,I have been an passionate Artist all my life,and am mostly self taught although I did some Art Cert Courses at AUT in Auckland which I enjoyed and found revitalised my Art Practice.I paint in Acrylics and also carve in the medium of reclaimed New Zealand native timber,being of part Maori descent,I find this gets me in touch with my Tipuna and they teach me,browsing around this site I have found some really interesting Artwork and would love to chat with other Artists that are either in New Zealand or are based around the world....
