About coolart:
Finishing school at Cheltenham and a secretarial course later she took off on her own road to London to seek her fortune. Worked for various companies and found being a secretary was not for her she went to Malaga University and studied Spanish then took a job as a model until she was bronzed an fit enough to take on anything. She moved to Cambridge and studied some more till her head was spinning, in need of some culture she moved to Stratford Upon Avon and once she mastered went to live and work in Turkey. sailing was her next career and she devoted 16yrs to travel once again taking in Greece and hundereds of islands Cyprus, Crete Portugal Spainish coast and islands,Italy Amalphi coast to Corfu. where she took a job on a racing yacht called Nirvana and sailed to the Caribbean. there she spent her winters and eventually qualified as a captain. Rough seas took their toll and she left the sea returned to the Cotswolds and became a reporter. Life for her now is restful her memories and influences have served her well. Teaching TEFAL in Istanbul and bellydancing classes have given her an artistic flair in most of what she does now as an artist. She dotes on her two Birman cats and gets involved with small town life. Not yet a member of the WI she continues to have high hopes of becoming a recognised artist.
