About WilliamHall:
My art is a bit unusual in that I am working with various types of cement. Dry pigments are mixed into the medium and then surfaces are polished or etch to achieve desired effects. I am continuously led from one piece to the next by the properties of the medium itself. In a journey of self discovery, my likes and dislikes contribute to the honest evolution of my art.
