About Payson:

Unfolding or deconstructing structures as well as building up and strengthening surfaces interests me. Hair, trees, roots, and cell growth all symbolize how strong or weak my surrounding can be. Patterns like argyle, plaid, and stripes speak to me through abundance and chaos. I also like to think about the effects of weather.
