About Nexus7:
My work comes in three main categories - the first, through my mixed-media pieces on board, the second, through my mixed-media collage pieces on paper - these tend to be A4 in size - and then, my abstract coloured drawing pieces. All my work tends to be inner-directed, via a process of automatism, using the language of pattern, juxtoposing order against chaos. Often, I work and rework a picture many times, getting more layers in of density, richness and subtlety, until I am completely satisfied. For me, the whole process represents an inner path of 'soul work.'
All the work I have here depicts my bigger pieces, but for my paper collages, abstract drawings and Tarot images, please view my artwork at my website.
I am mainly a self-taught artist, though I did attend two two-year part-time courses during the eighties, one in Crafts Materials, the other in painting.
Currently I live and work in Budapest, Hungary
My only major figurative project was to desiging a full 78-deck of Tarot cards, the major cards of which were recently published by Adam Mc Clean.

I read your experience with dealing with Art Galleries and the like on the forum. Your art is so beautiful! I have loved every bit of it. I which I could come to your studio, thou I am so far away. Do you know other artists in your area? Are there art studio tours where you live? That might be perfect for you. It would be great if you could get people to come to your studio...screw those galleries, your art rocks!!!

Congratulations on your huge art birth, figurative project " a full 78-deck of Tarot" ! That's a huge feat and it has been published! Way to go! I really liked them, I also liked your concepts about the cards and what you had to share from your perspective on them. They were a surprise for me because I did not expect the figurative work in them to be so present, which is nicely done! I really liked the rest of your artwork too, that was a joy to explore! I tend to feel some of your abstract art would be really good for an oracle type deck. I had been given a reading years ago by a friend who had a deck of various abstract images, the deck was used for reflection, you just used the cards to reflect on it's message. Basicly it unlocked what you more or less already know and gave interesting perspectives to a situation. Very therapeutic. Think about it! I think your collages would work well here.
