Barbara A. King is an imaginative Oil painter who is driven by an incredible passion for self-expression through art. Her works are often noted for their unique style, elegance, and technique. Her use of vibrant colors make her work an excellent choice for a wide range of projects and purposes. Her Oil paintings have been featured at TRACx81 Showcase at the Business Improvement District office, and Toms River Branch, Ocean County Library
101 Washington St., Toms River, NJ. She is a Member of Tracx81 www.tracx81.com, The Art Chain, and Ocean County Artists' Guild. Barbara loves to express her vision through art.
Barbara A. King is a
self-taught artist. Born in Irvington,
New Jersey.
Barbara took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon. Throughout her childhood, Barbara developed an appreciation for her majestic surroundings. She would often sit in tress for hours with pencil and pad, or sit in a meadow with a canvas. Years of artistic expression made it clear that Barbara's life would be centered upon her passion for art.
Barbara is now a professional artist full-time. She lives in Toms River with her husband Donald, and two cats, Lady and Bubba.
