I did not see a separate policies section, so am including here for now.
Most prints are created after you place an order. I will inspect each print prior to shipping to ensure you receive a crisp, high quality image. All prints will be signed and dated on the reverse side. Please let me know in advance if you would prefer a different location.
All prints are full bleed, meaning the color runs the full size of the print. If you would like to add a white border, please send me a message.
Please expect your order to be shipped approximately 3-5 days from payment received. If you need a faster turn around, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Payment
Please make payment via Paypal. Please send full payment when you checkout. I am unable to ship photographs prior to receiving full payment.
Sales tax applicable to all Massachusetts residents. If you are in the immediate Boston Metro area and would like to pick up your print, please convo me so I can remove shipping charges.
Shipping
All items will be shipped flat in protective packaging. I prefer to recycle shipping materials when possible. In order to save paper, I do not enclose packing slips or receipts unless requested.
Unless otherwise requested, I will ship to the address provided by Paypal.
All orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS first class mail.
International orders will be shipped via first class mail. Please note that you assume all responsibility for customs charges and other fees or taxes levied within your country.
Unfortunately, I am not legally able to ship to North Korea or Cuba.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchange available if contacted within one week of receiving your order. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and for returning prints in their original condition.
In the event of lost or damaged package, I will work with you to locate original and will ship a replacement, if needed.
Please note that I retain all rights to photography sold on this site. Purchase reflects individual print use only.
