My Name is Karin Dawn Best, I am 65 years old . I was born and grew up in Trinidad in the west Indies, I lived in England and Canada. I am completely self taught . I started painting 15 years ago while living in England . I entered a lot of shows and exhibitions . I have shown in galleries in London and Canada. I have sold many paintings throughout Europe , England and Canada. . My Inspiration comes from the colorand vibrancy of the Islands , and of course a subject that I know and love ..The Caribbean I now reside in Florida in the US.
