About JosephCusanoIV:

My name is Joseph Cusano IV. I am a 29 year old self-taught artist, sculptor, photographer, and writer. My artwork is a reflection of my experiences in this world, my thoughts, oppinions and beliefs. I have an unbelievable story to go along with my artwork, as I have never before created in any medium before 6 years ago.
I found my talent through a tragity of my own doing. In 2002 I was the driver in an alcohol related car accident that claimed the life of my best friend. I went to prison for 6 years and found my talent there while dealing with my pain and the pain I had caused others.
As crazy as it sounds prison made me a better person. I became educated; not only through books but I reflected upon self and was truly made aware of who I was and who I wanted to become. Today I am that person. I hope that my pieces cause people to question their own lives, to stop and think for a moment in this fast paced world that we live in.
I hope to be able to create art for a living one day.
