About Jos:
I am an artist and musician. I did a degree in fine art a few years ago and didn't make any work for a few years due to feelings of disillusionment and other commitments. I moved on to study curating instead.
After working in several galleries I have recently felt driven to resume my own work. I have really picked up where I left off - visually exploring people in our modern urban environments - functioning, interacting (or not) within a public domain. In the case my recent work this domain or environment happens to be a gallery where I work. Watching people move within, interact with and react to this vast and unusual space is fascinating.
