Born in Hengelo, the Netherlands at 10-10-1945.
At a young age my favorite things to do were drawings and paintings.My greatest wish was to attend the arts school AKI in Enschede.
Unfortunately our family circumstances determined a different decision,so I did a study entrepneurship in homefurnishing in Rotterdam.
In my space time,i was in the studio's of professional painters,as Piet Kusters and Wihelmina Bakkenes in Hengelo.where i further developed as a painter.
Painting is a journey of discovery in shape and color.I paint not,but "Its"paint.
Beautiful structures that have been degraded through the test of time are objects that fascinate me.They are source of inspiration for me.
