About CoARTney:

I'm a local artist in the Phoenix area, I've been here for about 5 years. I grew up in and around Flint MI, I'm an abuse/ trauma survivor and the constant in my life has always been the artwork I create. I have completed over 400 canvas paintings since the age of 16, I also do murals, commission pieces, or just any project I can get my hands on. Although my life has not always been the most pleasant I would like to use my experiences as positive momentum. My goal is to eventually be able to support myself solely from my artwork, but in the mean time its the best thing I have as a means of paying for my education. I personally believe that through my experiences I can help a lot of people who have walked in the same shoes as I have. If I can help just one person in this world find relief or peace of mind than its all worth it.
