About Artist1:

I'm a portrait artist from Alabama U.S. and I'm known now in several different countries including Ireland, England and somewhat in New Zealand. I have completed portraits for many of the ladies in Celtic Woman which they now own and have in their homes in Ireland. I also do some Illustrations for Christmas cards. My training consists of Design and Illustration at the now defunkt Boston School of Design back in the 1960's, I also studied under former Illustrator and art restorer Paul Scopp in the early seventies, after a short stint with several comercial art companies and a greeting card company I went on my own doing historical paintings of New England Towns and Cities, at the same time doing quick charcoal portraits at Fairs and Festivals. I came down to Fairhope because of the art comunity that is in and surrounds this area.
