About Anna Keiller:
My work is hand built using a mixture of press-moulding, slab building, carving and coiling techniques. Funny or severe, I like to translate my sense of what life is about into my sculpture. I feel the boundary between where I end and the world around me begins difficult to define. I am interested in working out why it is that what you observe will change according to how you look at it. My work contains a hidden narrative incorporating poetry and folklore because this is where my head is at most of the time.
