Sidney Lopes is a tattoo artist born in Brazil. When Sidney was 19 he moved to California. Sidney graduated from San Diego State University with a BA Degree in Fine Art and Graphic Design. In 2000 he started tattooing from home until he got His first job at a shop in the city. He worked in San Diego for 5 five years till he accomplished a dream to open his own tattoo shop. The shop was called Lucky 7. Sidney kept the shop open for a few years till he decided to move back to Brazil where he opened a Ipanema Ink in Rio de Janeiro. Today Sidney works following the summer 6 months in Brazil and 6 months in New York.
His styles of work include Color pencil, Acrylic, Oil, Charcoal and Pencil
