About 105art:

Daniele Colaiacomo
I was born in Rome in 1966 and after studying science at high school I went on to perfect my painting techniques at the European Institute of Design. I obtained maximum marks there, after which I began immediately to work as an illustrator for the biggest publicity agents and publishing houses in Rome.
For almost twenty years, therefore, I had an opportunity to run through many different styles, from cartoons to hyper-realism, from impressionism to the abstract, so that today I can express myself on canvas without difficulty and follow my own instinct.
I’ve always liked anything to do with myths, fables, nature, religion, and history and I interpret through my brushes every day what I have learned to be the “best” part of man and of the world in general.
Today I’ve decided to dedicate myself to pure painting, abandoning the career of illustrator. I’ve opened an art gallery together with a great goldsmith and friend, in which I show my paintings and she shows her jewellery for the benefit of those who understand art or who want to learn to do so.
